Today I learned...

... another awesome WW recipe.
... that a week without exercise is not the end of the world.  As long as I up my water and watch my nutrition I can still lose weight.

good for you. Meanwhile I'm still on my "break". Taking a week off in hopes that next week I'll be more inspired. I hope it doesn't bite me in the ass! :)
